Following feedback from our customers, Medix Biochemica has made a number of changes to improve our customer experience.
These changes include:
- Developing a single US customer facing entity
- Creating a centralized customer service team
- Established 3 distribution hubs with local product inventory
In order to benefit from these changes, you may need to change your order point for Medix Biochemica products and this could mean you need to perform a new vendor approval for the selling entity.
Product orders should be placed to Orders@medixbiochemica.com.
1North & South American & Canadian customers should order the Medix Biochemica portfolio through our US Service point.
1European & RoW (excluding China) customers should order through our European service team in Espoo, Finland.
For customers located in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong, please order through the team at Medix Biochemica China.
